How do I make a purchase ?

It’s as simple as shopping off of any other of your favorite shopping portals. Browse through the collection and add whatever you like to your cart. Review your selections by going through the cart. Want to add more ? Just click on continue shopping and add more. To complete your order, just click on ‘Place Order.’

 

Do I need to set up an account to place on order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without an account but to place an order, you will need to set up an account, which will not take more than a minute! The account will help you track orders, save your payment detail for quicker shopping and will let you keep a tab on latest additions and order updates by managing your email preferences.

 

How do I know the products that you sell are authentic?

Relationships work best with trust in place and we make sure to build it right. Each product sold at Chokhaar is supplied with its authenticity certificate, ensuring you get exactly what’s promised.

 

What size should I go for?

Most rings and bangles are sold by size. Please refer our sizing charts for further details. Sizing guide is available on the homepage footer. In addition, our customer care team is always here for you on info@chokhahaar.com

 

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display colors of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any color will be just as accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless 'SOLD OUT' is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us at info@chokhaar.com

 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments from all major credit and debit card networks like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and RuPay. And now also accept international card payments from customers in various countries including US, Europe, South East Asia etc. We also accept netbanking and UPI.

 

Is shipping free anywhere in India?

Yes. Shipping is free all over India. However, only on orders above Rs. 999. For orders less than Rs. 999 we have a fixed shipping fee of Rs 150.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Chokhahaar?

Your personal online security is important to us. The payment gateway- RazrPay takes care of the security by capturing the credit card and sending it directly to the bank. They use a secure line and SSL. We as a merchant are not allowed to store any credit card information at our portal. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop.

 

Do I need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature and proof of ID.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

 

Can I add items to an existing order?

Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched it. If we have already dispatched your package you will need to make a new order.

 

How will I know you have received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Payment is deducted only after you have completed the checkout process and made a final transaction. In rare instance if any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email or via phone and refund you the amount that has been paid by you during the transaction.

 

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Orders are shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days, starting from the day you place your order.

 

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of 3%GST. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.

 

Can I buy in India and ship it abroad?

If a product is purchased in India and is being shipped abroad, international shipping charges will be applicable. An insurance charge of 15% will also be charged on the MRP of the product. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Can I return the jewelry I buy online?

We do not accept any returns of the product unless there are any manufacturing defects or a wrong product has been shipped to you. If the product is found defective, you should notify us within 5 days of receipt of the product.

 

What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?

A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your jewel, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. They are designed to assist your shopping and are therefore nothing to worry about. Most browsers are automatically set up to accept cookies, but usually you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you may still use most of the features of our website, including the ability to purchase items.

Registered customers who have cookies enabled will be automatically recognized when they visit the Chokhahaar website.

 

What are the terms and condition for using a gift card?

We offer you to customize your own personal message in the gift card. It is emailed directly to the recipient. You will need to provide us with information like Amount, Currency, Recipient information, Sender’s information and a personal message. It can be used until the total amount has been spent. Each purchase will be deducted from the balance.No refund is available and the gift card should be used within 6 months of issuing.Gift card is not a cash card. This card is not redeemable for cash/credit.

 

Is my package insured? 

Yes. Our shipping partner insures all packages. 

 

All returns/refund are subject to exchange and return policy. Chokhahaar reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, at its discretion, it deem such as action necessary.
